Susan Hendricks Tribute

WATERTOWN - Susan Michelle Hendricks, age 56, passed away on May 22, 2023 at Waterbury Hospital. She was the daughter of Marylyn and Laurence Hendricks of Warren, CT. Susan was born with Rett Syndrome. She was a beautiful baby, but did not progress normally and was severely disabled.
Susan left home at age three and spent most of her life at Woodside Nursing Home, Southbury Training School, and most recently at an Oak Hill Group Home in Watertown, CT.
Susan is known for her lovely smile and mild manner. She donated her hair twice to "Locks of Love."
She is survived by her mother Marylyn Hendricks, sister Kate King, and brother Chris Hendricks.
