Rita L. McCaffrey, of Roxbury, CT passed away quickly on March 19, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband Daniel G. McCaffrey, her son Daniel J. McCaffrey, daughters Ellen Ewald, and Barbara Donnelly. She is survived by her daughter, Monica McCaffrey of Roxbury, six grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her son in law William Ewald of Norfolk, Virginia.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Patrick Church, 25 Church Street Route 317, Roxbury, CT on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at New North Cemetery, 87 Washington Ave, Woodbury, CT. Arrangements have been entrusted to Carpino Funeral Home, 750 Main Street South, Southbury
