Mary Catherine (Fitzpatrick) Vogel

Mary Vogel, 87, departed this life on June 2, 2019 at Regional Hospice. She was the beloved wife of Raymond Vogel, Sr.

Mary was born in Astoria, NY, on February 13, 1932 to the late Owen and Marie (Mullins) Fitzpatrick.

In addition to her husband, Mary is survived by her children: Patricia DiLauro and her husband Ronald of New Milford, Kathleen Peterman and her husband Scott of South Carolina, Raymond Vogel, Jr. and his wife Elizabeth of Orange, Maryellen Laird and her husband Thomas of Michigan; and her grandchildren: Keith, Christine, Alison, Kelli, Peter, Edward, Tara, and Shannon.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 6th at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church in Southbury. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, June 5th from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Daily Chapel of Sacred Heart Church. Interment will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Watertown. It is suggested that contributions in her memory be directed to: Sacred Heart Church, 910 Main St S, Southbury, CT 06488.
