SOUTHBURY - Born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1948, Jil spent her childhood growing up in nearby Shaker Heights, before moving to New York to attend Ithaca College as a theater major. She soon thereafter moved to Manhattan with her first husband Peter Forward, and then to Ardsley, NY. She worked for Bank of America in Greenwich, Connecticut and after retirement moved to Florida with her second husband Marty Weisblut, before returning to Connecticut in her later years to be closer to her grandchildren. Jil was a lifelong lover of the theater, her childhood summers spent at various summer camps (especially Harand Camp), her dogs, her garden, travel and cruises, and especially Marty, her daughter Kristin and her four grandkids.
