SOUTHBURY - Mr. Charles “Charlie” Taminsky passed peacefully in his sleep supported by his STS family September 10th, 2023.
Charlie was born in Derby CT on January 4th, 1944. He made his home at Southbury Training School at an early age. Charlie made friends wherever he was. He loved sports especially baseball. He was an avid YANKEE fan. He loved to watch the Yankees play, talk about the Yankees, and live as the number one Yankee fan. Charlie enjoyed relaxing in his recliner controlling the remote to put on a great game. Charlie also loved a good cup of coffee in the morning with his family and friends and then a warm cup of tea in the evening. Charlie made many friends over the years in his Southbury community. He will be missed and remembered by many.
