SOUTHBURY - Carol Marie Boulanger, 88, passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2022. She was the loving wife of the late Howard Boulanger for 48 years.

Carol was born on March 31, 1934 in Torrington, CT, to James J. and Francis Morgan Hallihan of Ansonia, CT. She was also an active member of Sacred Heart Church in Southbury. In 2019, Carol moved to Devon, PA, to be closer to her family. Carol loved to read, play competitive bridge, go antiquing, visit family, and have coffee or lunch with her numerous friends. She was considered a favorite aunt by her many nieces and nephews, and was loved by all who knew her.

Carol is survived by her two brothers, James (Jaye) Hallihan, Loudon, TN, and Thomas (Nancy) Hallihan, Stuart, FL; three children, Timothy (Maureen) Boulanger, Denville, NJ; Michelle (Santiago) Pujadas, Devon, PA; and James (Kimberly) Boulanger, Quechee, VT; and seven grandchildren: Madison Pujadas, NY, NY; Sydney Pujadas, Pittsburgh, PA; Riley Pujadas, Devon, PA; Cosette Boulanger, Boston, MA; Steven "Mac" Boulanger, Denville, NJ; Sarah Boulanger, Quechee, VT; and James Boulanger, Quechee, VT.
