Ann Virga

Ann Virga, age 86, formerly of Southbury, CT passed away peacefully on May 29, 2021 in Ft Myers, FL.

Ann was born in the Bronx, NY to Jane and Peter Crescitelli on September 20, 1934. Ann married Arthur Virga on September 14, 1958 in the Bronx.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jane and Peter Crescitelli, as well as her beloved husband Arthur. 

Ann leaves behind two children; daughter Jane Virga and husband Robert Elliott of Alexandria, VA, and daughter Lynn V. Miller and husband Richard B. Miller of Ft Myers Beach, FL. Ann is also survived by her granddaughter Carolyn Elliott of Washington D.C. She also leaves behind a large extended family.

Ann lived a full life as a wife, mother, homemaker and worker at the Town Hall of Southbury, CT. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church. She loved animals and the family pets, cooking and doing ceramics. Most of all she loved her family. She will be missed and forever in our hearts.

Family and Friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Saturday June 19, 2021 from 10 am - 10:45 am in the Daily Chapel of Sacred Heart Church, 910 Main Street South in Southbury, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 am in the church. Entombment will immediately follow at St. Peter's Cemetery in Danbury, CT.
