Natalie Perrine

SOUTHBURY - Natalie C. Perrine of Southbury CT, formerly of Centerport NY, departed this life on May 13th. She was 90 years old.
Born in Bridgeport CT, she was the daughter of John F. Conners and Thyra P. Conners and the sister to Jack Conners. Her husband of 44 years, Gerry Perrine, passed away on August 1st, 1998. 

After graduating from Skidmore College in 1953, Natalie worked part-time while raising 3 children Ellen P. Hines, Stacey P. Sass and Gerard Perrine. Water was always an important element in her long life whether it was her youthful sailing on Candlewood Lake, boating adventures on Long Island Sound or sitting next to the babbling brook at her condo. Besides her passion for gardening, Natalie was an avid traveler in her retirement years, and became awesome bridge player in the Heritage Village circuit.

Natalie had six grandchildren and indulged them with special holidays with "Gram". She will be missed for her positive attitude and her determination to "do things right". A lover of animals of all kinds, Natalie gave several "rescues" a wonderful home for many years.

A public visitation will be held at Carpino Funeral Home, 750 Main St., Southbury CT from 11:00AM-12:00PM on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, followed directly by a memorial service from 12-12:30.  A live streamed recording of the service is available at www.carpinofuneralhome.com/obituary/Natalie-Perrine.  The family will have a private burial at Mountain Grove Cemetery.
